I am now the Director of Educational Technology for the Long Beach School District on Long Island. I completed a Masters in building and district leadership and then received my advanced certificate (and certification) for Educational Technology Specialist.
A few years back, my portfolio achieved the rigorous standards of the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards... which was such a relief and accomplishment!
I would, however, like to stay current on new initiatives, technologies, and issues that affect our profession.
