Do you believe that intelligence can be improved?

Having a growth mindset means understanding that intelligence improves through studying and practice. People with a growth mindset know that brain power is like a muscle that grows stronger with training.

Try our Growth Mindset resources in three easy steps:

1. Sign up or Sign in to Raise the Bar at raisethebarparents.org.

2. You’ll automatically be taken to your personal dashboard, click on Character and Conversations.

3. Click on Growth Mindset Activities (the center panel) to explore what a growth mindset is, why it's important, and what your current mindset means.

The Growth Mindset resources on raisethebarparents.org include short engaging videos, brief quizzes for parents, and follow up actions that parents can take, as well as the research that supports how having a growth mindset helps kids succeed.
