The Five Key Beliefs Beneath Motivation in Five-ish Minutes

Over the past ten years, I've been working toward a simple, robust, deep, humane model for understanding student motivation in schools. My question, in all my work, has been: how do we promote the long-term flourishing outcomes of students -- each of them, all of them -- without sacrificing our lives on the altar of professional success?

In my view, the Five Key Beliefs model is critical in answering this question. In this video, I briefly share what the 5KB model is and how it works.
