I was intrigued by your survey question a few months ago about the satisfaction of how principals are being groomed by districts. 87% had responded "no". Why do so many voice dissatisfaction? Another question might be: "Are supervisors equipped with the knowledge and skills to help teachers and principals become better?" Certainly the most important role of supervision and evaluation is to stimulate professional growth and development. Shouldn't APPR be all about helping teachers and principals grow and improve their practice? I can't think of a more important question! What do you think?
