How to ask better questions to elicit better answers

Asking "stupid" questions can often masquerade as advice instead of honestly asking constructive questions, according to leadership expert Dan Rockwell, who recommends asking open-ended questions and keeping your tone curious to elicit better answers. Rockwell also suggests that you ask two questions before making one statement, so you're clear on the issue at hand.
