Effective strategies for collecting school-issued devices

The process of collecting school-issued technology should begin on the first day of school, according to former IT asset specialist Emily Stapf of Incident IQ. Stapf emphasizes the importance of ongoing collaboration between IT teams, administrators and educators to track devices and instructional materials and suggests that teachers conduct device verification before collection to identify any damages early.
