Namaste, Ave, Buenos Dias, Kalispera, etc......

I am honored to be a member of this illustrious dialogue. I have been involved in education for about fifteen years. I have gotten to know most of the basic concepts of both pedagogy and administration through both textbook and experiential avenues. For the last five years of my professional life, I have taken and have participated in all kinds of conferences, seminars and fora ranging from basic teaching to college administration. Some of these were given outside the US. A particular one that invigorated me alot was located in Siberia. No ...It was not in the Gulag Archipelago. The Siberian Academy for Public Administration is acknowledged for being THE training academy for future public administrators. I was one of the few who was given the honor of giving the keynote speech in education in front of some of the highest authorities in both education and government in Russia. WOW!!! They felt that I impacted their knowledge of education so much that they invited me to return to not only participate but to contribute to a global conference which its primary aim is to improve the teaching quality in Russia. Another significant event in my life was to be officially invited to not only tour one of the previous top secret research facilities in Russia, but to view one of the projects that one of the scientists were working on. This area is called ' Akademgorodok '. I could mention other uplifting activities and events but it would consume to much space. Suffice it to say that in the last five years, the discipline of education has motivated me to help students as much as I physically and emotionally can.

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource

Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and

other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching

practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
