The evaluation system will be discussed over the next few days. I am very excited to create an action plan for this purpose. The purpose will be to inform the training center on potential gaps in instruction. The training center and research institute will enable quality of instruction to continuously improve over time. This will provide the ESL program with a mechanism to ensure the aligned curriculum goals are being met, facilitate change in an organic organization, and enable creative innovation to take shape.
