As I sit and wait for a delayed flight leaving Dubai today, my mind starts to wonder about the future. This international hub creates multiple opportunities for individuals from every part of the world to interact. The number of languages, culturals, and interactions far exceed anything I`ve seen. Organizations such as airlines, retalil, and commiercial ventures have capitalized by creating envirnonments of acceptance, and creative innovations so that people are comfortalbe. I begin to question if this organizational learning for the purpose of selling can be transferred in to the realm of teaching and learning. How can we capitalize on proven measures of creativity and global knowledge to facilitate success for our students?
