Why AI will change 70% of jobs by the end of the decade

By 2030, the labor market will have seen a transformation in which 70% of job skills evolve, necessitating workers to adapt. Aneesh Raman of LinkedIn cites the rise of AI and notes the shift will require individuals to enhance soft skills such as curiosity, compassion, creativity and AI literacy to remain relevant.
