Calling all Nassau and Suffolk county district leaders! Did you know that there is limited research on suburban district leadership? Well I strongly hold the position that "Suburban District Leaders Matters"!

My name is Roxanne Garcia France and I am a Hofstra University doctoral student as well as district leader for North Bellmore UFSD.

In an effort to allow our voices to be heard, I am conducting a dissertation study that investigates suburban district leaders' perceptions of their district as well as their own use of effective research-based district leadership practices.

I have created a survey that will take district leaders (e.g., Superintendents, Deputies, Assistant Superintendents, Assistant to the Superintendent) approximately 10 minutes to complete.
