It's absurd to list seven "personality" variables, and then attribute only one of them - "intrapersonal" - with all the impact of "personality" itself. And it makes much, much more sense to actually measure learning using similar variables - as they did in the SCANS Report of the 1990's, and later in the Verified Resume project with the Kellogg Foundation and Johns Hopkins. In other words, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you do your over-simplified graphics, or, perhaps, look more carefully at the source of those graphics, since "top10onlinecolleges.org" since most are proprietary, profit-making institutions, with as much "student centered design" as a Ford Mustang, and about as modern.
