Graphic animation of the Atlantic slave trade – This 2-minute animation by Andrew Khan and Jamelle Bouie shows each of the more than 20,528 slave ships crossing the Atlantic over 315 years. Coupling this with a brief video of a slave ship in progress (perhaps from the movie Amistad) would be incredibly powerful for middle- and high-school students: http://www.slate.com/articles/life/the_history_of_american_slavery/2015/06/animated_interactive_of_the_history_of_the_atlantic_slave_trade.html
