If you created a shelfari account, please respond to this forum. We are looking to build the Long Island School Leadership Group in Shelfari.
As my life gets more digital, I seem to have a growing desire to add more "paper" books to my bookshelf. I am sure we all have our share of favorite books, but how do we share these resources with the rest of our group. Take a minute and scroll down to the virtual bookshelf located at the bottom of the homepage. Get our own Shelfari and post your favorite books. Write reviews or discuss with others who have read the same books. Once you created a Shelfari account you need to embed the JAVA code into "your page" on LI School Leadership.

I have to thank this Ning for introducing me to Shelfari. I now have to update my page !
I tried the Java embed, and the preview didn't work - but I was able to add using Flash. Is there a trick to the Java embed?
Thanks Debbie! I was able to use Flash too and it works no problem.

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource

Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and

other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching

practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
