Insegnare l’italiano oggi e domani Teaching Italian Today and Tomorrow First Workshop to Motivate and to Retain Learners Workshop for Teachers of Italian: Save the Date: October 4, 2011 Date Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 9:00 am- 3:30 pm Location Location: Center for Italian Studies, State University of New York, Stony Brook. Focus Current issues in teaching Italian and the need to develop innovative strategies for present and future learners. Program Morning - Expert teachers will share their theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Afternoon- Participants will have an opportunity to collaborate in developing new activities and to connect with colleagues. Fee Free of charge to all participants. All teachers of Italian and Administrators are encouraged to attend. Coffee and light refreshments will be served. A more detailed program and registration form will follow soon.
