Manage Teacher Performance Your Way
TeachBoost was designed from the ground up alongside Principals in New York, focusing on continuous feedback by leveraging iPads in the classroom. TeachBoost is fully flexible to support all instructional requirements while incorporating feedback points specific to each teacher, school, or district.
Classroom Observations
TeachBoost takes your existing observation form or protocol to the cloud. Designed to work on both laptops and iPads, TeachBoost allows you to rapidly gauge performance against any of the popular observation frameworks while in the classroom. The schools we are currently working with in New York have completed thousands of observations in the 2012-2013 school year alone.
Teacher Development
Profiles are built for each teacher in your school. Using the teacher profile, you can view all observations and classroom walkthroughs conducted over their career. Set teacher development goals during the evaluation process and compare progress in the next classroom visit. Additionally, you can provide teachers with professional development resources and link them to individual points of feedback.
Targeted Professional Development
TeachBoost identifies strengths and weaknesses for individual teachers as well as the entire school or district. Use reports to target specific areas for professional development for your school, or provide opportunities to employ Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)—pairing high performing teachers with developing teachers.
Peer Review
TeachBoost allows for peer review in addition to Administrator review for informal feedback and coaching. Peer review provides perspective from colleagues and can be an added piece of developing teachers into high performers.
Visit the TeachBoost web site for more information. We hope you can join us!

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource
Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and
other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching
practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
