Event Description

A Summer Institute for educators, hosted by the highly regarded PATCH Program of Northport, will take place at Touro Law Center (Central Islip), June 30 – July 3. This intensive program has served Long Island educators for decades in expanding their knowledge in several content areas. We will offer 5 strands: News Literacy; Technology Integration for Civic Learning; The Courts, the Constitution and the Classroom; Criminal Justice for Educators; and Mock Trial Leadership and Instruction. Only $50 for the entire institute. Graduate credits through Stony Brook University are optional. http://www.nysba.org/patch2014
