The work of the Common Core is hard work. In this workshop, join colleagues to: Examine the framework of the Grades 3-8 ELA Curriculum Modules with regards to the Common Core Learning Standards and the instructional shifts in ELA Review the new Grades 3-8 Curriculum Maps for the Curriculum Modules Examine collaborative practices and protocols Exchange plans for adopting and implementing the modules or adapting district curriculum to be more common-core like Reflect upon past practices and discuss what steps can be taken to impact teaching and learning in your school building/district flyer: http://www.wsboces.org/library/pdfs/iss2849.pdf
