Event Description

Department of Education and Information Support Services Professional Development Program

The MPPR rubric designed by Learning Centered Initiatives, Ltd are the most commonly used rubrics for the evaluation of principals. Now, LCI has developed a process by which the rubrics can be used to provide continuous professional growth for school leaders through a careful process of professional goal setting and coaching. Michael Keany has received extensive training in this method and is now a certified LCI coach. In this three- hour workshop Mr. Keany will outline the process and how districts can become involved.

The three LI BOCES have collaborated in supporting this important initiative.
