Participants will take away:
* a full understanding of the APPR legislation and up-to-date information on the status of the regulations;
* the implications of implementing the regulations -- contract; curriculum, instruction and evaluation; planning and training;
* an understanding of value-added models with regard to validity and reliability, and how to customize your model for your district;
* approaches in applying research-based resources (Danielson) for purposes of teacher and principal evaluation, and how other states and districts are implementing teacher and principal accountability.

I am encouraging teams to attend. Registration for this full-day conference is:
$195 for one participant; $180 for each of two participants from the same district; $160 for each of three or more participants from the same district.
