               CPR/AED/ FIRST AID FOR  COACHES

 

                        Thursday March 3rd, 2011

    Plainview-Old Bethpage Middle School (Faculty Room)

        CPR/AED 6:30PM      First Aid for Coaches7:30PM

 

    Frank Buck American Red Cross Certified Instructor

 

Please call (631) 615-6356 or e-mailbucko27@optonline.net to reserve a spot in class.  Leave name, number, address, and which certifications you will need.

 

CPR/AED $35    First Aid $35   CPR/AED and First Aid $70

             Cash is preferred but checks will be accepted

 

From LIE/Northern State Pkwy:  Take 135 (Seaford-Oyster Bay Expwy) South to Exit 11 Wallace Ave.  Make L/T at stop sign then another L/T at next stop sign.  This will bring you back over the top of 135.  School is located on right side.  Park in main parking lot by football field and enter doors on right when facing building.  Follow signs to faculty room.

 

From S. State Pkwy:  Take 135 (Seaford-Oyster BayExpwy) North to Exit 10 Old Country Rd.  Make a R/T at light onto Old Country Rd.  Go to first light and make a L/T onto Central Park Rd.  Proceed for 3 stop signs.  At 3rd stop sign and make a L/T onto Southern Pkwy.  School is now on your left.  Park in main lot by football field and enter doors on right when facing building.  Follow signs to faculty room.
