District launches IT call center for parents

Chris Saxon, IT director at the Cherokee County School District in Georgia, established an IT "call center" for parents to address their education technology-related questions and issues efficiently. During the pandemic, this initiative helped parents with problems like logging into portals and connecting school-issued devices to home Wi-Fi.
