MYFOXNY.COM - The ratings of approximately 12,500 math and English teachers of students in fourth to eighth grade are expected to be made public in the next few weeks after a state court refused to hear a final appeal by the United Federation of Teachers.
The report uses state tests to compute teachers' scores.
Critics say the reports are unreliable because of their wide margins of error.
