Dr. Pak Tee Ng is Associate Dean, Leadership Learning and the Head of Policy and Leadership Studies Academic Group at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He teaches in programs for school leaders, postgraduate programs for research candidates and in the foundation programs for trained teachers.
