Cecile Edwards has unique experiences in both Residential Group Homes and schools (locally/internationally) as an life skills teacher, classroom teacher and curriculum coordinator. In these capacities she has worked with youth and professional in many ways including but not limited to: conducting psycho-educational groups, assessment and activity planning, behavioral plans, planning lessons and activities for life skill development and connecting youth and professionals to community resources. Cecile has a proven track record in motivating youth and assisting them by extracting the best from them through various counseling and teaching methods. With over a decade of experience in the Pre-K-16 sector, she has a unique compilation of skills that make her an extraordinary leader. Having served in a variety of roles Cecile is wholly aware of the different aspects involved in ensuring stakeholders' success.

She also knows how to encourage and extract the best from each respective constituency group with a high degree of expectation and an ethos of care. In addition to Cecile's professional experience in the field, her personal passion for the success and literal well-being of the communities she serves makes her an invaluable resource to her patrons. With her understanding of intercultural relations, and even global perspectives on pedagogical implementation, Cecile holds a unique advantage over her competition, she understands how to meet and reach people where they are to get them where they want/need to be. Cecile holds advanced degrees from Rutgers University and Grand Canyon University. She resides in New Jersey with her family.

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource

Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and

other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching
