Employment and People with Disabilities: A Social Ill to Change, Not Manage by Nicholas Villani

Nicholas A. Villani, President of Career and Employment Options, Inc. has written an article that was published in the Autism Spectrum News, Summer 2011 edition. www.mhnews-autism.org.  In the article Nick identifies that unemployment for persons with disabilities is a social ill that requires change not to be simply managed.  He identifies some of the causes of unemployment for individuals with disabilities and one of the primary solutions being quality transition programs.
