This will help other members dialogue with you.: I am a dedicated, resourceful and innovative instructor/administrator who strives to help students reach their academic, athletic and personal goals. I support colleagues and administrationin facilitating each student's social and intellectual growth by creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication. With my caring and diplomatic manner, I am an exceptional communicator with students and parents. I encourage socialization, sportsmanship, and team spirit and I motivate students by my actions and presence. Most importantly I create an atmosphere where I promote and develop students of good character not only in the gymnasium but in the whole building.
