- As Director of Teacher Development in the Arts at the NYCDOE, I am tasked with supporting arts teachers and administrators (principals and assistant principals) through an innovative blended learning model. I offer in-person as well as virtual professional learning workshops. The support we provide is rooted in rigorous curriculum and standards-based learning. We also ground our training in the Danielson Framework for Teaching. The goal is to meet all educators where they are to then provide them targeted support in an effort to move them along their personal professional learning continuum.
