This will help other members dialogue with you.: I am the Director of Administrator Recruitment and Development for Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville KY. I am most interested in sharing ideas about leadership development programming; from an idle interest in moving into leadership all the way through being hired into an administrative position and receiving necessary support to be successful. My focus at this point is with Principals and Assistant Principals of K-12 schools.
