I am an educational leadership consultant and President of Professional Education Pal, LLC www.http:/proedpal.com, a continuing education website for educators. As a former regular and special education teacher, principal, and executive director in Minneapolis area suburban school districts, I am interested in the topic of exclusionary practices in schools and their disproportionate impact on children of color, special education students, impoverished youth,and English learners.I am an Eric Jensen brain-based education consultant who presents nationally and co-authored "A Better Way," a cohort professional development series for school leaders.
