Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource
Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and
other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching
practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.

Welcome! We are so pleased you decided to join our School Leadership 2.0 community. As you start to explore the site, and we hope you will, we feel confident that you will see its many benefits. A good starting point might be the short video tutorials, which you can find on the pull down menu on the home page. Each highlights a special section of the community and provides clear instruction on how to participate.
You can also maximize your membership by joining one of our over 100 groups. Join a group of your colleagues who share the same job title by just clicking on "The Campus" tab at the top of the page. Find your job title and join. It's great to join and be able to dialogue, discuss and share.
Have you visited “The Theatre”? The theatre has many inspiring videos about education, technology, leadership and many other topics. The theatre link is at the top of the page.
Another hot spot on our site is the JOBS page under “The Marketplace”. The SL2.0’s jobs page gets thousands of hits every week. Does your school have a job opening to post?
