Professional Development - it's the lifeblood of career growth for all educational professionals. From state licensing requirements, to salary advancement, to keeping abreast of new technology and practices, to a desire for lifelong learning, to a sense of moral obligation, there are infinite reasons that educators seek professional development opportunities. Likewise, there are several methods of participating in professional development, including workshops, webinars, in-services, certificate programs, and college courses. However, all of these methods lack one important aspect: flexibility. All of these traditional methods require specific schedule commitments, requiring educators to be at a certain place or logged in to a computer at a certain time. 

ePD Zone was born out of the determination to provide educational professionals with the opportunity to participate in professional development courses with greater flexibility, without the need for traditional schedule commitments. Understanding the already demanding schedules of educators in their professional and personal lives, we designed an asynchronous model of course delivery available anywhere anytime, giving educators the ability to fit learning into their schedule.
