Comments on 10/13/19 Poll - Extreme Risk Protection Law

In New York, school principals are now allowed to petition the court for an "extreme risk protection order" requiring the safe storage of firearms the youth might have access to, such as a parent's gun.  Do you approve of this legislation?

These are violations of privacy and mirror the same red flag laws of Nazi Germany. This is all a pretense to stripping lawful citizens of their 2nd Amendment rights in order to protect the teachers and the teachers union reps who are breaking into people's homes and stealing photographs and genealogical records especially of their parents' teachers in order to commit unclaimed funds fraud via their states Comptroller. Community Oriented Policing is exactly the same Stassi technique used by Nazis. Anonymous
Don’t even want to deal with weapons in school Anonymous
A direct violation of constitutional rights Anonymous
Police officers are required to use safe storage. Why not everyone else. Anonymous
Any kind of protection to keep guns secure and out of kids’ hands is ok with me; however, I wonder how they find out this information and how it would be enforced. Anonymous
