In Wi there is not much to lose as per governor actions. Sounds like Fair Share is gone. But option out is only fair. We need a gov who truly supports ed. Claims he does but trying to get over divide and conquer teachers. |

I think the clerical and paraprofessional unions will lose membership because they make less money and recouping fees will have greater impact to help make ends meet. |

Teachers are so poorly paid that I predict many will look at the elimination of the "agency fee" as a way to increase their pay and get the benefits of a union negotiated pay increase at the same time. This will ultimately hurt the teachers who are so short-sighted by weakening their bargaining representatives at the bargaining table. |

My fear is that to offset any monetary loss, members will be made to pay more. Which in turn will cause more members to leave the ranks |
