Many districts are reviewing their methods of covering employees who exceed their contractual maximum sick days due to catastrophic illness or other issues. Which of the following does your district provide?

| We offer several of the above, but I was only allowed to select one! We also offer the option to purchase extra disability insurance beyond what our State already provides, and we provide for catastrophic leaves of absence for up to one month with medical insurance remaining in effect.
