CTE 101

I am interested in working in an environment where students are learning a skill as well as integrating standard academic content.  Can you answer a few questions for me:

  1. Presently what are the most popular fields of study in CTE programs?
  2. Is writing stressed in these courses as well as skill development?
  3. Are only 11th and 12th graders in NYS eligible for CTE courses?
  4. what are the CTE standards?
