The Panel Interview By

The panel interview – prepare for a panel interview just as you would for a regular interview. With a one-on-one meet, bring extra resumes, CVs, and try to find out using LinkedIn if you have the names of the interviewers before. Try and find out about their career history because there may be something in common that you can promote, and you can ask a question. It’s warming for the audience or warming for the panel.

Make eye contact with everybody as you answer each question, but concentrate on the interviewer. So, making eye contact is very, very important. Don’t leave them out. And send a handwritten note to every one of the interviewers after you’ve finished the interview.
