We are so excited to share our new professional development company’s offerings with you! We have always been passionate about teaching and learning, and are now the co-directors of Teachers Growing Teachers, Inc. We incorporated this past winter and are an approved sponsor by the New York State Department of Education to provide CTLE credits to participants.

Summer Learnathon
Join Teachers Growing Teachers, Inc. for hands-on, minds-on CTLE approved professional development workshops at the Cradle of Aviation, August 1 & 2, 2017. Choose innovative courses taught by practical educators that best meet your needs. Strategies, lessons and activities presented are ready for you to use in your K-5 setting right away. To maximize the interactive nature of these workshops, seating is limited to 24 participants; each workshop will be offered more than once based on the schedule below.

Complimentary admission to the Cradle of Aviation is included for the day(s) you attend workshops. Passes are distributed during sign in, from 8:00-8:20 and 12:00-12:20 on August 1 & 2. Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource
Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and
other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching
practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
