States raise teacher pay, offer bonuses

Some states are taking steps to raise teacher pay and offer attractive bonuses to recruit and retain teachers. In one Texas school district where teachers can earn more than $100,000, Superintendent Scott Muri says some administrators say they should go back to the classroom because the pay is better, which "makes me smile because that's the way it should be."
