Help!  Is there a better way to handle alerting parents about their senior child possibly not graduating?  Calling in each parent and child after each marking period is tedious and extremely time consuming.  Help!  Do you know of a better way to handle this awesome task?

There are kids that repeat grades from kindergarten through eleventh grade.  No one at the school is responsible on keeping tabs on a child.  I don't understand why twelfth graders should receive special privileges just because they are supposed to graduate. If seniors don't have enough credits to graduate, they should repeat twelfth grade just like all the other kids in the other grades who don't meet expectations for their grade.
