Senate bill links school funds, reopening campuses

The US Senate could vote this week on a coronavirus relief bill that includes support for school choice, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday. The bill, which does not have bipartisan support, includes $105 billion in aid for schools -- two-thirds of which would be tied to physically reopening schools.
