I am a new teacher looking for positions teaching social studies. I am certified in New York in grades 7-12. I have experience substitute teaching, co-teaching, and in making IEP and ELL modifications.

I have a strong desire to work with students encouraging them discover their maximum potential. I enjoy spending time in the classroom helping students obtain high level literacy skills through the analysis of primary and secondary documents. I am a reflective teacher. I constant evaluate my practices to ensure student growth both academically and socially.
