Sen. Carlucci and Ken Zebrowski’s (D-Rockland) bill (S.700-B/A.1625-B) passed in the Senate and the Assembly. The bill ensures schools get the continued aid they need to fully transition to full day kindergarten. (Hudson Valley News Network, March 12)
