Math teacher looking for a math teaching position

I am a certified 5-12 grade math teacher in Long Island with math and  AIS math experience in elementary mathas well as experience in  middle school and high school math. I am looking for a mathematics teaching position to teach math to students using real life and hands on activities utilizing 21st century skills.
