I'm excited to give you the details of my 2024-25 online Rocket PD course on Rethinking Teacher Supervision, Coaching, and Evaluation. There are eight highly interactive 90-minute sessions, with a choice of Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. or Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern):
- September 25 or 26 - The moral imperative of a better approach
- October 16 or 17 - Nuts and bolts of mini-observations
- November 6 or 7 - Nuts and bolts part 2, teacher-evaluation rubrics
- December 11 or 12 - Face-to-face debriefs, short write-ups
- January 22 or 23 - Making student learning central to the process
- February 12 or 13 - Dealing with differentiation and unit/lesson planning
- March 12 or 13 - Student surveys and difficult conversations
- April 9 or 10 - Time management - fitting it all in
