Google Forms is a powerful response collection and polling tool, similar to SurveyMonkey and Wufoo. On the heels of Google’s last update to their "Forms” product, they’re at it again, this time adding in advanced question types like “Grid” and “Scale.” Additionally, users can now select the destination for responses and customize a Form’s layout with section headers and page breaks.

Whether for teaching or administration, Google Forms is an incredibly powerful data collection tool that gives a voice to everyone in your audience. Responses are collected into a Google Spreadsheet of your choosing and data can be easily manipulated or disaggregated to your liking. Best of all, Google Forms are free to create and distribute, and participants do not need a Google account to complete them.
