A one-size-fits all approach to teaching has been giving way to differentiation, but not without challenges to make it really work. While you may know and appreciate the necessity for differentiation, you may need help to create a vision that helps teachers see differentiation as an imperative and understand second order change. Dr. Carol Ann Tomlinson, respected leader and chief architect of differentiated instruction, will:

  • Provide deep insight, advice, and practical tips for encouraging fidelity
  • Explain how to use a yearly change plan to focus action
  • Describe the roles of principal and staff developers in turning ideas into action
  • Explain how to balance patience and impatience
  • Suggest many simple but important dos and don’ts

Join us on November 30 for a special 90-minute webinar where we present today’s most troubling topics…and the expert guidance you need to be prepared for the 2017-2018 school year.

Can't make it? Register anyway and we'll send you links to the slides and recording once the webinar is over.

There is no cost to attend. All participants in the live event will be emailed a certificate of attendance. Eligible attendees can earn ASHA CEUs, AOTA CEUs, and NASP CPDs for attending the live event.

All the best,

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource

Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and

other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching

practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
