A Network Connecting School Leaders From Around The Globe
Dear Educator,
Your assistance is requested for a doctoral research study at Dowling College. Your participation is voluntary. The purpose of the study is to examine your technology integration into teaching, and your school principal support in your efforts to implement technology into your teaching. All responses to the survey are anonymous. No individuals or schools will be identified in the survey. By completing and submitting the survey you are consenting to be part of the study. A participant may withdraw from the study at any time without explanation, and has the right not to answer specific questions. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey. The study will inform policy makers, school administrators, and college professors of the necessary technology integration training to help teachers model and apply National Educational Technology Standards in your teaching. There are no risks involved in this study. Prior to deciding to participate in the study, please review the procedures involved.

After completing the survey you may click on the provided link to continue to another website to enter a raffle to win tablet for completing the survey. If you wish to participate in the raffle, your contact information will not be associated with your survey entry and will only be used for the raffle and then discarded.
