I have just created a group called "Creation of an effective school". Let us all share our views and thoughts on an effective school. How does an effective school work, what is needed to make a school effective. what do we see to understand the effectiveness of a school. Is learning happening in a school or just teaching. How are the teachers effective in making each student in the class learn. Is their any collaboration taking place, what kind of collaboration if any. what are the skills required for students to survive in the future where no body knows what would be number one field in the coming 5 years time with the world moving so fast. will the students be able to cope with this change. are schools ready. are the students who are in school now being trained with those skills.
