How do successful school leaders restore optimism, respect, and trust in stressful learning environments?  10 Long Island Schools are actively using Invitational Theory and Practice to frame their approach to communicating with students, staff, and parents.  These are schools where teachers love to come to work and students love to learn.  I invite other school leaders to join us for this opportunity to learn what Invitational Education is and how it helps you create a shared mindset and simple techniques for helping every member of your school community feel able and valuable, and choose beneficial behaviors.
